“Sweet Bird of Youth” shows three people heading towards the beach, two male and a female. The men are dressed in the style of the 1940’s wearing shirts and Fedora hats, their trousers are rolled up to prevent them from getting sandy and wet. The girl is wearing a short blue summer dress. All of them are carrying deck-chairs, the men’s chairs are made from white canvas, the one the woman carries has red and white stripes. They are probably on a holiday at the coast.
